Wild Hair Day

Today we had Wild Hair day and lots of people came into school with crazy hair! We had wild hair day to raise money so that we can send all our shoeboxes to children who deserve a gift at Christmas. In total we raised £11! Just in our class!

Collecting Data!

Today we did several different surveys around the school. Some of us found out what people's favourite chocolate is. Some surveyed people on their favourite colour. We found that a lot of people love Galaxy chocolate (including Miss Hayward) and favour the colour red. We also discovered that a lot of people love books by Roald Dahl. We then organised this data into tally charts and bar charts. We have been busy!

The importance of forgiveness

This afternoon we receieved a letter from a boy called James. His friend had hurt his feelings and he was very sad about it. He could not understand why he should forgive her, so asked us for help. We each wrote a reply explaining why he should forgive her and the importance of forgiveness. Why is it important to forgive?

Friday's music lesson!

Due to technical difficulties on Friday this wouldn't load!
We thought about the Harvest Festival in our Music lesson. We decided which instrument represented which fruit or vegetable and then put them together to make a musical salad! We had lots of fun!

Talent Talk!

Today in year 4, we were thinking about each others' talents and how we can appreciate them. We found out that we all have a talent and that we should not be jealous of each other, but use our talents to thank God for them! We would love you to tell us what your talents are!
