Sarehole Mill!

Today we went to Sarehole Mill to try and get some inspiration for our stories set in imaginary worlds. We discussed how Tolkien gathered inspiration for The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings and tried to do the same! Have our look at our pictures for inspiration.

Word games!

Last week, we were trying to think of super words and similes to describe different weathers. We had a competition between our tables to find the best words and similes we could possible think of. Our slide show of pictures shows us thinking of and comparing these words.
